Singing Bowl Chakra Meditation and Transference Healing (2 hours)
Sound healing is an ancient form of therapy based on the idea that each cell in our body is in a state of vibration. We use crystal singing bowls to send healing sound waves through your body to bring harmony through oscillation and resonance, helping restore your body’s healthy frequency. The vibrations created during a Singing Bowl Meditation can also positively charge your brainwave frequency.
Singing Bowl Meditation can be a perfect way to begin your healing before receiving a one to one Transference Healing. This experience works with each of the 7 main chakras, supporting and balancing their vibrational response and overall relaxation process. To finish your Fundamental Healing a specific chakra will be divined and toned to create greater overall harmonic resonance supporting a much deeper healing response.
