Singing Bowl Meditation and Alchemical Healing (75 minutes)
Sound healing is an ancient form of therapy based on the idea that each cell in our body is in a state of vibration. We use crystal singing bowls to send healing sound waves through your body to bring harmony through oscillation and resonance, helping restore your body’s healthy frequency. The vibrations created during a Singing Bowl Meditation can also positively charge your brainwave frequency.
Alchemical Singing Bowl Meditation works with each of the 7 main chakras, supporting their vibrational response and overall relaxation process. In this meditation each chakra will be connected with in turn and receive the specific sound tone, crystal vibrational frequency and invocation. An Alchemical Healing will draw upon the symbols of the Earth and Cosmos which are skillfully etched onto black onyx crystals to empower a much deeper healing response.
